[Yaffs] Settings for YAFFS2 & 2k mkyaffsimage

I am going to try yaffs2 on a s3c2440 board. How could I get yaffs2 image, or I mount a erased partition as yaffs2 and copy files into it.
Charles said the mkyaffsimage and mkyaffs must be hacked. Is it preferred method?
