[Yaffs-archive] YAFFS: WinCE-specific fix

Hi Yaffsers

I have just checked in a one liner fix specific to WinCE, though the change 
is in yaffs_guts.c

I had accidentally disabled renaming a file with the same case insensitive 
name. ie. renaiming X.X to x.X.

This is now fixed.
