Hi yaffsers

Just checked in stuff for the following:
* Locking. Simple gross locking. This performs well under WinCE, should 
perform well under Linux too. I have added schedule_timeouts() calls to the 
yaffsram emulation layer to force schedules (and thus hopefully stress the 
locking).
* I think I fixed the funny directory entry thing that Nick reported (I think 
it might be the same as what Christian saw too). Please check Nick.
