Working for or with Aleph One

ARMLinux is an exciting field, with a great deal going on.

There are many ways you might want to make a contribution to the cause; porting to new devices, writing documentation, fixing and improving existing software and drivers.

One of the ways you might want to help out is with Aleph One's drive to develop more professional ARMLinux distributions and documentation for various ARM devices.

We have more things to do than manpower at the moment, so if you'd like to help out in any way, please get in touch. We like to have a list of peole we can call on when we have specific jobs to do. If you'd just like to make contact to say you'd be interested then tell us what sort of work you are interested in and we'll contect you when something relevant comes up.

The best place to see what currently needs doing is the ARMLinux task list on armlinux.org. Aleph One adds tasks there from time to time.

Currently we are looking for people to work on

We are happy to consider students looking for work in their year off/holidays.

We're a friendly and flexible employer. You can work from home or here in(near) Cambridge and do whatever hours suit you. We can part pay you in hardware (eg LARTs, RiscPCs) if you like.

You don't have to be employed here, of course. Anyone who wants to contribute to the project in any way at all will be very welcome, and find us easy to get along with.
