Hi All

Here is the first draft of the key to a Hydrological Cave Symbol Font for=

comment.

I have put in four directional glyphs for each of the the flow indicators=

i.e. every 90 degrees.

Is this good enough or should we have 45, 20,10 etc degree intervals?

10 degrees would consume 36 X 3 =3D 108 glyphs. This is viable but would=

push us beyond

the use of the visible keys into using a soft font utilising insert
commands.

Also do you think the symbols should be free standing or should I put a
border round them?

I shall do a redraft of the Mines font next and will enhance the three
shaft glyphs to show =

whether the shaft is in the floor or the roof of the passage. I will al=
so
put in some symbols for

 boreholes.

Harry
