as of now, yaffs2 fails to compile with 2.6.28 kernel:

The problem is in inaccurate usage of KERNEL_VERSION macro, e. g. the
starting version of the 'struct cred' introduction is considered to be
2.6.29 and not 2.6.28.

The patch attached fixes the breakage.
